The following Consulting services are offered in addition to our Security Officer and Mobile Patrol related services.   Please take the time to briefly review the scope of our Consulting services offered to existing Client’s, new customers, and for independent Third-Party reviews:

           

Security Consulting – ACPS management offers comprehensive services for your Security Plan, Risk Management and Physical Security programs and compliance.

 

• Your Security Plan contents/documents require periodic review to ensure that the Security Plan is utilizing current methods and strategies for maintaining physical security protection of the premises.Potential risks, threats, available technology and Industry practices change over time.

 

• Risk and threat assessments are valuable periodically, after significant incidents, and to maintain the continued evolution of your Security Program.

 

• ACPS provides independent, third-party review of your existing Security Provider’s contracted service to assess and provide recommendations for updating their scope of work.In addition, we provide assessments on integrating key facility services; engineering, janitorial, parking and security.  This enhances functionality across your imbedded facility services to improve communications, use of resources, overall quality assurance, and overall coordination of these disciplines.

 

• Our Consulting services include but are not limited to: Physical Security assessments, Operational audits, Risk and Threat assessments, Fire-Life-Safety Program and Manual development, integration of Security and Fire-Life Safety Programs, Annual Fire Drill training-coordination-assessment, and Disaster Preparedness Plan development.
